Lindsay D. Hyman, B.A., LL.B

Lindsay Hyman is a partner at Olschewski Davie and practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, wills and estate administration and corporate law. Born and raised in a rural small town, Lindsay stayed close to home and received her undergraduate degree from Brandon University and thereafter, received her law degree from the University of Manitoba. Lindsay received her call to the Manitoba bar in 2003 and shortly thereafter, Edmonton, Alberta became her home for a period of time where she received her call to the Alberta bar in the same year. However, recognizing that her heart and home was in the prairies, she relocated back to Manitoba and began her career as an associate with Olschewski Davie in 2005 and now is a partner at Olschewski Davie. During her many years at Olschewski Davie, Lindsay has cultivated a wide and diverse clientele and takes price in providing her clients with a friendly attitude and a want to help.

Beyond Lindsay's law practice at Olschewski Davie, Lindsay engages herself and participates in many endeavours to forward and improve the legal community and the services that it delivers. Lindsay is a past member of both the Equity Committee and Practice and Ethics Committee at the Law Society of Manitoba. Lindsay was a sessional instructor at the Manitoba Real Estate Association providing instruction in their relicensing education program. More recently, Lindsay is a member of a committee intended to provide reform to the statutory offer to purchase used for residential property.
